Shipping countries

At the moment, as we are just starting, we ship to Denmark only. It is in our plans to extend as soon as possible to other Scandinavian countries: Sweden, Finland, Norway and Iceland, but also Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands. Stay posted via our newsletter about our progress and be the first to find out about the new countries we are going to deliver to.

What pre-ordering entails

We are in the last phase of our development process. By placing a pre-order, we can evaluate the volume of inventory better and reduce waste by focusing on producing the most demanded sizes and needs. From the moment you place your pre-order, we guarantee a delivery within max. 3 months, or returning your card payment full price via MobilePay or bank transfer.

Tracking your order

We FREE non-tracked delivery as a standard option. You can opt for extra paid tracking option at the moment of ordering. You can track your order using the tracking number generated after placing the order, and the email addressed used. This operation is available at www.tonedsociety.com/order-tracking.

When are the orders dispatched

The orders are being dispatched each day after 5 pm. If you place an order during the day before 5 pm, the product/s will be sent on the same day.

Changes to the already-placed order

If you need to change some information regarding your order, such as delivering contact info, or replace a product with another one, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tonedsociety.com or by phone at +4591935773. We can execute the changes as long as the orders have not been dispatched, i.e. at 5 pm. If the product/s have been sent, we cannot change any details of the order. If you are unable to pick the package up, the order will be sent back to us after a number of days, as agreed with our delivery company. We will return back your payment or send another product, depending on the situation and after consulting with you, the customer.  You are responsible to pay the shipping cost required to resend it. Alternatively, this payment will be deducted from the refund amount, if you refuse to pay the shipping cost.

Shipping methods

Our shipping options include:

  1. FREE non-tracked delivery (2-4 working days) – no matter the quantity
  2. Standard tracked delivery (2-4 working days)
  3. Next working day tracked delivery
  4. Saturday tracked delivery

Customs and import duties

We are not responsible for any import or customs fees associated with your order, regardless of the shipping method. Before placing the order please make sure you know about any additional costs by checking your country’s regulations. If your order includes duties and taxes and you refuse to pay, the charges will be deducted from any refunds made.

Late or lost orders

Please make sure that you select the appropriate shipping method according to your needs, or contact us at info@tonedsociety.com if you have special requirements regarding your shipment and we will try our best to accommodate you. Also, please make sure the contact information you provide to fulfill the order is correct, and minimize the risk of a lost order. If you are unable to pick the package up, the order will be sent back to us after a number of days, as agreed with our delivery company.
