Return and exchange

We live by the motto: “we’re happy if you’re happy”.

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and need a refund or exchange because it is not the right size for you, rest assured that we will refund your money back or exchange it.

Countries with free return and exchange

If your orders were delivered to DenmarkSweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland, BelgiumGermany, and the Netherlands, we offer free returns and exchanges. For the rest of the countries, unfortunately, we cannot support free returns and exchanges. We are limiting the number of returns and exchanges to 1 per order.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

With each order, a return form together with a return label will be supplied inside the box to simplify the process for you. All you need to do is:

  • Fill out the return form with the reasons for returning the product back
  • Place the return label containing Toned Society’s address by sticking it on top of the box
  • Reseal the box using the intact adhesive strip on the box the product was originally delivered in
  • Hand it over to your preferred shipping company

Exchange period

You can exchange your product with one of another size within 30 days of the date you placed your order. 

Processing period

If you choose to return the product and: 

  • want a refund, it might take up to 2 weeks for the payment to be reimbursed to your bank account
  • want to exchange it, a new product in the size you select will be dispatched after 1-3 days, to which the shipping period will be added depending on your address

When is an exchange not possible

We cannot honor an exchange of your order if the product:

  • was worn or is dirty
  • was washed/cleaned/dry-cleaned
  • had its tags removed
  • has strong odors (smoke, perfume, etc)
  • has suffered damages, including those caused by inadequate packaging
